CREW INFORMATION.

We will be using a very small crew, and everyone will be doing multiple jobs. This will
mean you will get multiple credits in most cases. And everyone, no matter what their job
is, will be expected to pitch in and help do anything that needs to be done at the moment.
If this is not OK with you, you may as well stop reading now.

Bonuses will be paid for this extra effort. The budget is allowing for a shooting schedule
of 21 days. I think we can do it in 15 or 16 days. The more days we are under 21, the
bigger the bonuses will be. I estimate that crew members will get bonuses of between
$400 and $800 each, depending on their job, the number of shooting days, and if there
are no significant extra expenses. Bonuses will be fair and as generous as possible.

This is a meaningful movie that will help to make the world a little bit better. When it is
finished, you will be proud to have been part of it. You will get multi credits as well.

Jobs available:

Producer, $5000 per month. The producer will be expected to pitch in and do any job
that needs to be done at the time, especially during production.

Super PA, lighting, gaffer, sound combo, $325 per day. Must be able to drive a mini
van. If you have a van, you can earn a daily bonus for the van.

AD/script supervisor/continuity, $350 per day. Also responsible for wardrobe notes, but
not handling wardrobe. Actors will take care of their own wardrobe for the most part,
but script supervisor will have to watch for continuity. (This wardrobe responsibility
may be handled by someone else....we'll play this by ear.)

Set Dec and Props, $250 per day. Extra pay before shooting if you are expert at
Photoshop.

Key Makeup Artist/hair, $300 per day.

Makeup assistant, $200 per day.

DOP/Camera Op, $400 per day. Must know the Canon XH A1.

B Camera operator, an independent contractor with own Canon XH A1, $400 per day.
Some scenes will be with two cams, other times the B cam will shoot documentary
footage.

Composer, on board!

Editor, with feature credits or very significant shorts credits, proficient with Premiere
Pro 2.0. Will do everything, including audio, color work and possibly titles as well. Pay,
flat rate $15,000 to $25,000, with possible bonus, to be discussed.

First Aid attendant. One or two crew members with First Aid tickets will get bonuses of
$50 per day..

Entertainment Lawyer. On board.
Accountant/bookkeeper. On board.
Craft Services. To be determined.
Clearances. To be determined. May be handled by our entertainment lawyer.
Title search. To be determined. May be handled by our entertainment lawyer.

This will be a family show. I am seeking cooperative, friendly and supportive people
who will help each other, and who will be glad to be part of a very special project.

We will be doing extensive rehearsals with the actors before shooting begins. Most of
the tech people on the list above will need to be present, as we will be rough shooting
the rehearsals. For this you will receive nominal pay, and during this time you will be
working on a trial basis.
